meet needs

we all have needs.

you might have heard the expression "need to have and nice to have"

the world is full of 'nice to haves', but as the words imply, they are not necessary for either physical, emotional or spiritual survival or growth.

wherever we as christians go we must be attentive to the needs of people, whether these are physical, emotional or spiritual.

wherever christians go they must endeavour to assist in alleviating these needs,

either by assisting out of our their resources, or
bringing these needs to the attention of others who might be better equipped to help or
prayer.

in whatever way we as christians assist, it must be unconditional.

god gave unconditional.
christ's love is unconditional!

you must not only meet the needs of those which you like, but also those of your enemies! see matthew chapter 5:44-45

"But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust."

whatever the need and whatever the assistance, prayer is always fundamental

prayer is our way to ask god to assist in the need of others as well as ourselves

this was the third step, now let's rise to the challenge in step four ...

John 14:6

Jesus said to him, I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

قَالَ لَهُ يَسُوعُ: «أَنَا هُوَ الطَّرِيقُ وَالْحَقُّ وَالْحَيَاةُ. لَيْسَ أَحَدٌ يَأْتِي إِلَى الآبِ إِلاَّ بِي.

耶稣说「我就是道路、真理、生命；若不藉著我，没有人能到父那里去。

"Ich bin der Weg!", antwortete Jesus. "Ich bin die Wahrheit und das Leben! Zum Vater kommt man nur durch mich.
