luke 10 transformation, what is it? welcome! luke 10 transformation is not a program or a new sect or denomination. it is a simple, basic and straightforward way enabling every christian to become a disciple of christ in everyday life without any oratory or special skills - it is living the will of christ in a way that will not intrude on others and will not make you feel uncomfortable, yet will fulfill the will of the living god! provided you proclaim jesus as your lord and saviour, whether you are a catholic, lutheran, anglican, baptist, orthodox, protestant, pentecostal, charismatic... you name it, you can and must l-10-t, it is so ordered by god! although l-10-t is a lifestyle, it can be broken down in a few simple steps. these steps are based on jesus` sending out of and the return of the 70 disciples in luke 10. these steps have been identified in order to make it easy and possible for all christians to follow jesus’ basic instructions in their every day life. l-10-t is born out of the lord’s passion for harvesting the souls of this world. it is his great commission - his last words on earth (matthew):
every christian should have a relationship with god through prayer, loving their neighbour, caring for their needs and serving others, so that they implement the two great commandments of god, i.e (matthew 22:37-40):
in order to bring this message to the world (starting off with those close to us) we are called upon to live our christianity (walk the talk!) not only must we be transformed (changed in nature and character), we must also be instrumental in the transformation of others this is done through sharing our faith with others, in deed and word - as simple as that! but, for those uncomfortable with the idea of sharing their faith with others, it is not even as difficult as that, you do not have to talk at all, we will get to that just now... every day thousands upon thousands souls are lost for ever! god will ask you and me what have we done to prevent this from happening, l-10-t will not only enable our own salvation, but also that of others! before we start, lets look at luke... |
